EFAM Online Application

Welcome to the French American School of Miami and thank you for your interest in our school.

The application website is applicable for the EFAM two campuses: The North campus (located 650/651 NE 88th Ter, Miami Shores) and the South Campus (located 7701 SW 76th Ave, Miami). Both campuses offer grade levels from PreK-1 3-year old to 5th grade.

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our online application. All families must apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $175 must be submitted with each application. The application is the same for both campuses. You will have the option to apply for one campus or for both campuses.

Create an Online Application

  • To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

  • After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

2026-2027 REGISTRATION CALENDAR

October 2025: Start of the registration process

Official opening of the registration portal for the 2026/2027 school year.

You can now create an account, download the forms, and start filling out your child's application.

October 2025–February 2026: Submission of applications

All applications (administrative documents, report cards, medical certificates, etc.) are recorded in the system.

They remain on the waiting list until the selection date of March 1, 2026.

February 2026: Entrance exams – Elementary

Test sessions for students from non-AEFE-approved schools.

Notifications will be sent by email to families whose applications are complete.

March 1, 2026: Selection and confirmation

Publication of results: successful applicants will receive official notification.

Families must confirm their enrollment (acceptance of the place and payment of the deposit) before March 15, 2026.

March 2026–July 2026: Enrollment portal open all year round

The portal remains open for the following requests:

  • Modify or complete the information in the file;

  • Ask questions about available places (by level and class);

  • Consult the administration's responses.

August 2026: Open House & submission of medical documents

Welcome for new families, tour of the premises, meeting with teachers and the principal.

Deadline for submitting medical forms: August 15, 2026 (to be sent to the administration or submitted in person).
