EARTH DAY, WEEK, MONTH

EFAM celebrated Earth Day on Monday, April 22nd, with a special No Uniform Day: students and staff would come to school in a green and blue outfit.

But during this Earth Week, the whole school program was centered on sustainability awareness and environment-related activities.

Posters have been made to learn about the right things to do to protect our planet, and a campaign has been launched against the overuse of wrappers and disposable containers during snacks and lunch. - Don’t forget to give your child reusable cutlery for school!

The last report for our composting project says that the total amount of compost produced by the two campuses combined reached 781 lbs in April.

Finally, you can also participate in the EFAM Tote Bag Challenge: take a picture of your reusable tote bag while shopping, at the beach, or during any of your favorite activity, and post the photos on social media with the hashtag #efamtotebag2024

Happy Earth Month!
